HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A Houston Immigration attorney has been arrested and is accused of defrauding clients, according to court records.

A Harris County jury indicted Alla Nowowiejski on a count of mail fraud and another count of false statement.

According to the indictment, she allegedly promised to provide legal services to two clients, which the prosecution said she never provided.
