LAREDO, Tex.
(KGNS) - Rep. Henry Cuellar voted no on a $70 billion immigration-enforcement package that passed the House June 9, warning it hands the Department of Homeland Security too much money with too little oversight.
House Republicans sent the bill to President Donald Trump's desk, ending a monthslong fight inside their own party.
