CINCO RANCH, Texas - Firefighters say lightning likely sparked fires at three homes in the Cinco Ranch area during severe storms Tuesday evening.

No residents were injured, but three firefighters were taken to a hospital with minor injuries, according to fire officials.

One of the homes suffered significant damage after lightning is believed to have struck the house and ignited a fire in the attic.
