WACO, Texas (KWTX) - A Bruceville-Eddy Man who threatened to shoot another man if he came near his property again was found guilty of murder Tuesday in the man's 2025 shooting death.

Jurors in Waco's 54th State District Court deliberated about 15 minutes before finding Brandon Michael Davis guilty and rejecting his and his grandfather's claims that the 20-year-old Davis shot Dustin Ray Nobles in self-defense.

The punishment phase of the trial is set to begin Wednesday morning.
