A man is facing charges after he allegedly posed as a physician and performed unlicensed medical examinations in South Carolina.

According to the Dorchester County Sheriff's Office, Joshua Leonard James Himes, 36, has been arrested on charges of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and unlawfully practicing medicine.

Dorchester County deputies said James' arrest comes after they met with a victim regarding sexual assault allegations.
