ROBINSON, Texas (KWTX) - A Robinson Independent School District student was struck by a vehicle while riding an electric bicycle Thursday morning, according to the Robinson Police Department.

Authorities reported that officers were called to the intersection of South Old Robinson Road and West Tate around 7:41 a.m. regarding the collision.

The student sustained minor injuries, received medical treatment at the scene, and was transported by a guardian for further medical evaluation, officials said.
