GRIMES COUNTY, Texas (KBTX) - A test facility for drilling companies near Navasota is at the center of a $73 million federal push to reshape the future of American mining.
It joins a growing number of high-tech investments in Grimes County that are reshaping the small, rural community.
Nearly $20 million in federal money may be headed to the Brazos Valley.
