GRIMES COUNTY, Texas (KBTX) - SpaceX is going to court to stop Grimes County from releasing public records tied to its Terafab project, including the company's tax abatement application.
SpaceX filed a lawsuit in Travis County's 126th District Court this week, suing Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and Grimes County, and arguing that the publication of those records would hurt the company competitively.
In the petition, SpaceX describes Terafab as a semiconductor and AI-hardware manufacturing plant proposed in Grimes County in collaboration with Tesla.
